Your Satisfaction Is Our Priority

We want you to enjoy our designs as much as we love creating them, and your happiness is what keeps us going. That’s why we gladly accept returns within 30 days of your order date to make sure you find the perfect fit and quality.

Fit & Sizing

Before hitting that ‘Add to Cart’ button, be sure to check out our size chart. Our tees are super soft and top-notch in quality, but sizing can vary for some people. To make things easy, the size chart is conveniently located on every product page, right where you select your size.

If your shirt doesn’t fit just right, don’t sweat it. We’re here to help get you into the right size so you can enjoy your Riley Ink gear. Just shoot us a message with your new size request, and we’ll get you sorted! (P.S. Be sure to report sizing issues within 30 days of placing your order.)

If a return is necessary, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged Items or Print Issues

While rare, mishaps can happen. If you receive a damaged or misprinted item, let us know right away. Whether it’s a tear, stain, ink issue, or if you accidentally got the wrong design, we’ve got your back. Photo proof is all we ask and you can shoot that over to information@rileyink.com

We’ll send a replacement at no cost to you, and there’s no need to send back the defective item.

Remember, all issues must be reported within 30 days of placing your order.
